Changelog
What changed in Duly, and when. Changes to the privacy policy and the terms are listed here too.
1.0 — not released yet
Built and tested; awaiting review for the Google Workspace Marketplace.
- Due date reminders. Pick a date column, who to tell, up to four offsets and a send hour. One stop condition turns a row off when a status column says so.
- Preview before anything is armed. The real rendered email, the next seven days of dates, rows and recipients, and counts of everything that will not send with the reason for each.
-
The run log. A
Duly logsheet in your spreadsheet, one row per hourly check, plus per-row outcomes for the last 90 days. - The watchdog. After a gap of more than 26 hours, the next successful run emails the spreadsheet’s owner to say the checks did not happen. Included on the free tier.
- Pause, resume, duplicate, delete, each written to the log, and “Pause everything” in the Extensions menu.
- Two starter templates — renewals and expiry dates, invoices due — that guess the columns and the wording from the sheet you already have.
- Free, Pro and Team. Limits stated before you commit; the licence check fails open, so a billing outage never stops a reminder.
- Support from inside the sidebar, showing what travels with the message before you type it.

- 13 September 2026 — the privacy policy and the terms name the operator as Dylan Kehr, doing business as Kehr & Co., operating from Georgia, United States; the support address is now hello@kehrandco.com; and this site moved to duly.kehrandco.com, with the old address redirecting here. The governing-law clause no longer repeats the state’s name.
